Justbudget update

Hello everyone,
A little update and a invitation to participate to this great project.
First, I've fixed most design/layout bugs. every pages should be looking good now. If you do find any disgusting glitches or have any comments, speak out loud, its appreciated.
As a second update, I made the modification necessary to allow Justbudget to be translated in your own language. Few people already offered me to translate justbudget in their own language. If you would like to help, please don't hesitate reitering your offer. This invitation also stands for correcting the english version.
I know you wanted your parents to use justbudget but they could not read english, ... it's your chance to help.

I'd like to offer help with translating justbudget into german. I've never done that sort of thing before, but would like to give it a try. There are some other thins about justbudget I'd like to add, though I'm not sure this is the right place. Just edit the comment. :-) Why is location an mandatory entry? Though spending a lot of time away from my home (earning and spending money in several countries) I think it's a most useless feature. For me anyway. Wouldn't it be possible to make it an optional entry? Would it be possible to have quarterly expenses/incomes?

I really wanted a German translation and I could not find anyone to do it. The software I'm gonna ask you to use to do the translation is very easy to use. It's called poEdit, it's free and a charm to work with.
about the locations, yes it's mandatory, but you can type whatever you want in it. so If you type always the same thing, it would be almost like not having one. although, I believe it is very usefull. I understand you are travelling and writting the restaurant name all the time can be painful. but remember locations stats will be built from the data in this field. so it's up to you what do you want to see on the front page and on the possible stats enhancements I may implement.
I was almost thinking adding another field today. "To:" for example you buy a gift for your daughter. you want to enter where you buy it and who you give it to. I usually drop the place in those case myself and write who I give the gift to in the location field. but having both you allow me to keep both information. Hope this help with the location field, maybe people are asking me question about it. you can write whatever you want. but I personally like to keep track as I much as I can.
about recurring expenses, I want to add bi-weekly and quaterly is also a good sugestion, but I'll need to rewrite the recurring system. not a big deal. but as it is right now. I cannot implement those yet. but shortly, Yes.
